Cleveland Unlimited L.L.C., which operates Revol Wireless, offers unlimited anytime minutes, text and picture messaging, and push-to-talk walkie-talkie service for a flat monthly fee without a contract. Northeast Ohio was the first market in which the company rolled out unlimited service in June 2005.

Cleveland Unlimited is backed primarily by two East Coast venture-capital firms, Boston’s M/C Venture Partners and Virginia’s Columbia Capital Corp. Primus Venture Partners Inc. of Mayfield Heights, Ohio, also holds a stake in the company. Revol has 12 corporate retail locations in the Cleveland region, plus numerous premier and authorized dealers. Cleveland Unlimited extended its coverage to Columbus, Canton and Youngstown, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana in February 2006.  Cleveland Unlimited then expanded its coverage to include Sandusky and Toledo, Ohio in July 2006.  Two new markets were added to the Indiana coverage area, Anderson and Muncie, in September 2007.
